Operating procedure: First, press the switch to activate the system’s motor, which starts the stirring device and automatically introduces it into the tank. Once the mixture is thoroughly stirred, a light bulb signals that the stirring process is complete. The mixture is then conveyed via a conveyor belt to the coating machine for application. The coated film is automatically fed into a forming machine for cutting and shaping. An electronic synchronous control system is provided to regulate both the glue feed rate of the stirring tank and the coating speed. On the ointment-coating machine, a photoelectric automatic correction device is used to align the roll material, while pneumatic shafts ensure that the unwinding and rewinding of the roll material are synchronized with the coating speed.

5. If a fault is detected, press the emergency stop button immediately, first disconnect the power supply, and prohibit any maintenance work on live equipment.
6. Do not let iron or foreign objects fall onto the baseplate.
7. If a malfunction occurs due to tearing of the release paper, after stopping the machine, you can wipe it with hot vegetable oil.
